This beautiful Tutu has 10 layers which give it extra shape and body and also have an elastic waistband to give a non-rolling and adjustable fit. It is perfect for any baby photoshoots and also for very special occasions.

- The elastic waistband covered in satin includes a satin strap that can be used to either tie or clip-on bows, flowers, and other embellishments, making these tutus interchangeable!

- Size: 12.5" around the waist before stretching (14" when stretched) and 7" total length. Tulle layers each 5.5" length.
