Pellon SF101 Shape-Flex® is a high-quality, all-purpose fusible woven cotton interfacing designed to add crisp support and permanent stability to apparel sewing projects. It is ideal for reinforcing garment details such as collars, cuffs, yokes, facings, pockets, and plackets, while maintaining a natural fabric hand.

This woven interfacing is suitable for light- to medium-weight woven and knit fabrics, including oxford cloth, chambray, gingham, madras, tattersall, pincord, flannel, and polyester/cotton blends. When fused properly, Shape-Flex® adds structure without stiffness, making it a trusted choice for professional garment construction.

SF101 Shape-Flex® can also be used as a stabilizing backing for needlework and punch embroidery, providing long-lasting support in decorative apparel applications.

    ** Application & Pre-Shrinking Instructions

         For best results, pre-shrink before use:

    • Fill a sink with warm water.
    • Submerge the interfacing for approximately 10 minutes.
    • Gently squeeze out excess water.
    • Lay flat or hang to air dry.  


    ⚠️ Do not place interfacing in the washer or dryer by itself, as this may loosen the adhesive.

    Always test on a fabric scrap before final application.
